Week 5
This week, we have started our science companion project 'The Circulatory System'.
The project kicked off with the children doing a cold knowledge organiser quiz.
After looking at the knowledge organiser and to learn some of the new vocabulary, the children looked at the 9 Bodily systems: The Skeletal system, The Muscular system, The Endocrine system, The Nervous system, The Digestive system, The Excretory System, The Reproductive, The Reproductive system, The Respiratory system and The Circulatory system.
In the next lesson, the children became Scientific Researchers to generate questions about the Circulatory system. The children were given basic information and then from that, they were to then to generate questions and to then research using books and iPads.
