Week 3
This week, in literacy, the children have been looking at balanced arguments. They started by looking at a model text on 'Should children be allowed to take mobile devices into school?'. The children had their own debate on this and on another question 'Should school uniform be banned in primary schools?' From this question, the children will be writing their own balanced argument.
In history, the children have been looking at the Roles of men and women in Athens and social hierarchy in Athens. They have also been looking at significant Athenians such as Plata, Socrates and Pericles and the Acropolis in Athens.
