Week Four
This week for Year 6 was SATs week which took up most of their mornings. They managed to maintain their focus and concentration throughout the week and we very very proud of how they conducted themselves. When the Year 6's were sitting their tests, the Year 5's spent time helping in other classes, again they were a credit to themselves when doing this.
In literacy, the children looked at leaflets ready to write their own about Fair Trade.
In topic, they looked at the 5 climate zones and what type of farming was best suited each zone. This led on to learning about farming in North and South America and the types of farming best suited to their different climate zones.
