We presented a cheque for £75 to Hazel Gosling, representative of the Love Shack children's charity. The money had been raised at two events earlier in the year.

At our last meeting we discussed suggestions for a charity to raise money for this year. Most of us voted for the Butterfly Hospice, a local charity  who provide care completely free of charge, to local patients and their families every day of the year.

Children In Need 2014

 

From 7th to 14th November we're 'Giving Something Up' for Children In Need.

Some children have already decided to give up their favourite electronic game, or favourite food.

The School Council have suggested to Mrs Cockram that she should give up chocolate for a week!

Sponsor forms are on their way home.

 

 

An amazing £453.10 was raised in sponsorship!! Thank you to everyone who took part.
